Winter 2015:
Sekka means “Snowflake” in Shibori
That being said, each participant should also dress appropriately for the occasion: clothing suitable for the dye studio, apron and dish washing type gloves.
Tools: small embroidery type scissors, embroidery needles, strong thread
Other supplies: The materials supplied in the course may not be adequate for one’s personal explorations, so bringing fabric from one’s personal “stash” is also encouraged.
